My complaint:

My 1xBet account, registered under player ID 488464635, has been blocked for about four years while it still contains approximately 4,500 USD. I used 1xBet from Bangladesh via both the Android application and the official website. Despite having money in my balance, I have been unable to access my account or withdraw my own funds during this entire period. Over the last few years, 1xBet has repeatedly asked me to complete different verification steps. I have already submitted my national ID, taken selfies, and even joined video calls as requested. Each time I completed one verification, I was told to provide yet another type of verification. I am a woman and I do not have a passport or driving licence, which I have clearly explained, and this situation has put me under serious stress and financial trouble. I feel that I have lost everything and that this process has turned into harassment rather than a normal security check. I have contacted 1xBet customer support almost every day and reached out to every email address they provided, and they always tell me to write to the security department. I have sent messages to the security department many times, but they do not reply and my account remains blocked without any clear explanation or solution. I am not even asking for my winnings anymore; I only request that my account be unblocked long enough for me to withdraw my own deposit funds. After that, I do not want to use betting sites again. I kindly ask 1xBet to urgently review my case, unblock my account, and allow me to withdraw my real deposited money, or return this amount to me through a safe method
