My complaint:
Attendant waves me into the car wash. About 3/4 of the way in the equipment hit my roof rack and then the carriage did not stop. Ended up with severe damage to my truck bed. It will be several thousand dollars to repair.
Suggested solution:
Paying for my repairs or at least paying my deductible for my insurance claim.
