My complaint:
I paid someone $100.00 to do work for me. The lady sent me her phone number (which wasn’t linked to Zelle) instead of her husband’s phone number which was linked to the Zelle account. So the first $100.00 is still saying pending This was in May. The people got the 2nd $100.00 I sent but not the first $100.00 that went to the wrong phone number. The $100.00 I sent to the wrong phone number is still saying pending I NEED that $100.00. This happened the last weekend in May over 3 months ago. Zelle keeps telling me they will help but so far I haven’t got that $100.00 that’s out there somewhere.
Suggested solution:
Add my $100.00 back to my account. Thank you.
