My complaint:
The Nicosia branch manager of Zara Home acted totally unprofessional when I went to return an item (home fragrance) that I bought the day before from another store in another mall. She said we can’t accept this as it seems open and I explained that it was already open when I bought it as i could smell it in the car and I would not be bothered to go change it if it was me who opened it in the first place even the purchase ticket lured from the leaking. Her behavior was unacceptable to me in 3 ways
She told me another time you should smell something before buying it! you should check it’s in good condition before buying! and you should go to the other store you bought it from and tell them there!
I am buying most of my house stuff from Zara Home and this brand should not let anyone who is rude and was simply put there to do a job define them
Her behavior was totally unprofessional
She could just say very kindly let me please check with our other store or try and find a solution
If i had opened it would I actually act this way? Don’t think so
I eventually went back to the other store and the lady there was kind enough to understand the case and she did change it for me
I hope that this complaint is filed and someone looks into it
