My complaint:
I cannot access the loyalty section or promotion section of your website and my account due to a timing problem services.cr-brands.com took too long to respond. is the error i get everytime i try to access these areas. I just get a black frame, only section that seems to work is the games section and the bank section even the help section shows black. Is this a problem with you or is it my problem that is happening at my end????

I have not been able to access my loyalty & promotions for a couple of days now ..also have not been able to get ahold of ahold of a lot be agent on love be chat .would be nice if Yukon Gold could let us know what is going on.
Same here. All other Rewards casinos as well. For me, when screen went black after trying Loyalty, I would refresh page. Always worked. I’m in Ontario, and the government made them take out the autoplay feature and stopping the reels when spinning. No longer fun
