My complaint:

They try to absolve themselves of responsibility as the games are provided by a third-party, however, absolutely they track players and if they are winning, they prevent them from winning further.

This is especially evident with slot machines.

Slots are supposed to be random, but these aren’t. This is evident across so many games – knowing how many bonuses have been one, as soon as a bet is increased the likelihood of winning decreases, as soon as you get a bonus with a big bet, the multiplier win on your bet decreases.

Just don’t play there – or if you win, walk away because you will lose it on purpose.

Suggested solution:

They should (1) refund money lost; or (2) investigate their providers with the notion that the money will be returned via them.

Yes I totally agree with your complaint I have been playing here for two years now and have lost a lot of money and what I have noticed also is that I’ll be winning like thousands of dollars and then an error will all of a sudden pop up on my screen and I will then be taken to home page. I go back I to the same game and lose everything not winning a single combination. There customer service is a disgrace and I to believe there should be an investigation.
