My complaint:
I lost 20$ today and my 30 free spins on some Bison promo. I put 20$ in yesterday and got my 20 free spins. Today I put in 20$ and got 20 spins, I put in the last 20$ and didn’t receive my last 30 free spins. That last 20$ has disappeared. I went to help desk and they give me the run around. The offer me free spins but want me to deposit again. This has happened at leas 3 times before. I’m tired of losing spins and money. Very disappointed , never was reimbursed for any of this
