My complaint:
I was given some sticky notes by my Spanish teacher. She’s truly a lovely woman. However, the product description on the front read “Neon Sticky Notes”. I was so disappointed to discover that the “neon” purple, was in fact lilac. I was horrified and disgusted. I was offended and felt attacked. I did NOT consent to this experience. I feel traumatised. I will be BURNING these sticky notes, and everything they have touched.
Suggested solution:
First things first, my truly lovely Spanish teacher deserves a full refund for all the money she wasted on this frankly fraudulent product. Second, I demand that YPO recalls all sold “neon” sticky notes, and discontinues this product permanently.
