My complaint:
I been banned by saying something inappropriate to a chat and it may seem inappropriate on the day but it wasn’t because I have said it twice and nothing happened so obviously that probably wasn’t it and if it was then younow is overreacting over something that didn’t even happen and on the day when I got banned. The streamer that I was fanned too, didn’t banned or blocked me on it. However. I could of been hacked by someone because my security on my social media isn’t the best and I was hacked like a day later it somehow. And younow won’t let me even explain myself properly because they keep ignoring me like Im a victim
Suggested solution:
By either getting me someone to talk to and understand the issue like a real businessmon and solve it and not to make me angry or upset. This won't reflect good reviews and concept to you gers and people because it shows that the younow support team are just terrible at the job. However. A phone call or email like this resolve above would be fine.
