My complaint:
My daughter has been cyber bullied at least seven times via Yolo app through Snapchat due to the comments being made anonymously. When the comments are anonymous, the sender feels they can make any comment with no responsibility or consequences. This is very dangerous for the mental health of kids and could lead to legal consequences if there is a suicide as a result of the bullying.
Suggested solution:
The Yolo app needs to change their platform so it is no longer anonymous.
