My complaint:

Regarding messaging for this YOLO Snap chat . I want a person ID please . I am the parent. The messaging is inappropriate and cyber bullying. Your TC tell me that I can ask for ID .

ID message 27th August.
My daughter ID attached message be interesting:
Message unknown why are you obsessed with Lilly SL –
The ID goes on to cause friction in friendships by impersonating another person. The read –
We have drifted so much because of Amelie and Megan – Seriously Mia – ? – Sasha. THIS MESSAGE WAS NOT SASHA . I want to know who.
The same person goes on to say – you lost our friendship if you you are going to be like that. – SASHA. AGAIN THIS IS NOT SASHA
The person or another goes on to call my daughter a CHAV and RUDE PLEASE ID.

I want this resolved in the next 24 hours please.

We have screen shot the message. I don’t want them removed. I want the ID ASAP. I am furious that this can be allowed to happen. It’s disgusting and I am dealing with this privately
