Yoga International complaint: Charged for full years membership after cancelling and refusal to give refund

My complaint:

I cancelled my membership online earlier this year, well before the renewal date.

I was charged for another full years membership, despite my previous cancellation on the 24th September 2021. I contacted Yoga International to query this error on the 26th September 2021 as I had cancelled and had not given permission for my card to be billed again.

Yoga international have refused to give me a refund as they say that there is not record of my cancellation and I did not take a screen shot of it. They have also refused to refund me, even though I queried this only two days after they billed my card.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the £154 they have billed me as I am well within my rights to request a refund for their services within this 2 day period . Nevermind the fact that they have ignored my previous cancellation request and have billed my account without my permission
