My complaint:
I’m not getting some essential emails in my account. Specifically, I’m not getting emails from websites when I attempt to ‘reset my password’. This is from multiple sites so I don’t think it is just a problem with the site. It seems to be a problem with Yahoo. I’ve read all the articles about the issue Yahoo has and nothing has worked. I’ve also attempted to contact Yahoo about the issue but they don’t have a great means of users to seek help. These are important emails that are needed for my accounts and I’m not sure if Yahoo is working with these other companies to make it difficult for me to access my accounts because they have money in them or what is going on. This is a recent issue and I just want it resoled. My setting don’t show that I have anyone blocked or filters on my account.
