My complaint:
I went to hear about there vacation program for the free gifts. Never again, I felt like I was forced to stay there and talk to 5 different people for almost 4 hours. Finally got out of there without purchasing anything. Because if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. I got two vouchers for $100 to use for the slots at Casino Royale. The only thing was the slots they send you to do not pay off if you hit. What is the sense in that. Then I was given $125 in meal voucher for the Mirage. The Mirage isn’t accepting any voucher because they are chainring to the Hard Rock. Also included was a 3 day 2 night stay at one of their hotels. I’m afraid to try it because it’s probably a scam too. I’m sure this program they offer is some kind of scam too. I’m going to make sure everyone I come in contact with in person or on all social media platforms knows about Wyndham and their lies.
Suggested solution:
To give me the items that were promised. Of course now I’m not at Las Vegas, so anything that pertains to that I wouldn’t be able to use now.
