My complaint:
We just began our retirement and decided to choose a hotel company which we would be loyal to and earn points for future benefits. Then Covid hit, and we were limited in our travel abilities. We are starting to travel again, and I go to book a hotel stay with Wyndham only to find out that the points we have earned have been taken away due to inactivity. I find this extremely unfair due to the global travel restrictions that occurred the Covid Pandemic. I would hope that Wyndham would agree and reinstate my points ( which aren’t a lot to some people, but to us it was the start of our travelling adventures).
