My complaint:
To secure a contract, the aggressive Worldmark salesstaff resorted to unethical tactics of misinformation and manipulation, including opening a credit card in our name. These practices are horribly unprofessional.
It’s surprising that a company like Worldmark would allow a situation like this to occur, especially with the advent of social media and its influencers. We’ve made numerous attempts to resolve this conflict with your company, to no avail.
This is extremely unfortunate as we had otherwise enjoyed Worldmark for years and wish we would have been able to suitably resolve this conflict.
Suggested solution:
By removing the unauthorized purchase agreement.
