My complaint:
This store is selling a flour in the brand name of DESI ATTA (DURUM WHEAT FLOUR) made by Desi Mills Canada which has yellow-white color , is undoughable and contains bad taste. It is impossible to make dough with this flour as it has a mixture of some other material than wheat. I purchased a 20lb bags 2 days earlier from this store and the flour is ill-looking and distasteful. On reporting the matter to the store the manager who knew that the flour is substandard refused to exchange or return a 20 lbs bag worth $20.00.
I was informed that in the flour section it is mentioned that it is not returnable or exchangeable but this adulterated flour is being sold with impunity. The manager knows that the flour is substandard and is still being sold in this premises but refused to extend any help. I have contacted the flour manufacturer via email but not heard back from them.
Suggested solution:
This store either should REFUND or exchange with a 20lbs bag of flour
