My complaint:
i received notice from your company that I would have to renew my account by 1242023 (terrythr.com – expires on 2023-01-24). On 122522 I was billed for the next year for $66 and $14.15. On 122722 I attempted to contact WordPress to inform them that I was rejecting the bills and closing my account. I was unable to find a customer service phone number. I went to your help site and followed the instructions to delete my account but found them impossible to follow as certain buttons and links were missing from my screen. So here is the short of it: give back my money and delete my account.
