My complaint:
I have emailed wish 6 different times and 6 times I have gotten a different answer to my problem. I ordered a phone on wish. Order ID
5e8748ec5718f333ecdb4e38. They gave me the wrong tracking number. The reason I know this is because it said it was delivered to somewhere in ohio. I live in idaho. So I called the carrier site (DHL) and they told me that the tracking number I gave them was for a pair of goggles delivered to a gentleman in ohio. So I contacted wish and they all tell me that I put in the wrong address, or it’s been delivered already and I need to check the surrounding area to see where it was delivered. This is not my fault and they are acting like it is. Please help me. I am at my wits end and I want to do something about it. I don’t know what to do…right now telephone help isn’t available. So I’m stuck. If you could help me that would be awesome. Thanks

Give me the right tracking number and find out where my package is. Or refund my money. I'm not paying for something I didn't get.
