My complaint:

My name is ewald kaintz I had received items from you with great disappointment.
The shoes I ordered are plastic not cotton as you had described in your add.
the car cleaning cloth I had not received I got a pair of reading glasses instead 1.0 strength.
The knife sharpener I received I ordered a three slot and I got a two slot and it also rattles on receiving the item.
You take money from me which takes about 1 minute but I cant get anything from you.
I have sent emails before and nothing so I now wish to have my money back for what I ordered.
I am not going to pay shipping fee as to which I had to pay for me and then you send me items that are false, wrong, broken and items I did not even ask for.
I will wait for 7 days for my refund which should take 48hours.
If I do not receive my money back I will take this to the international consumer board for investigation and my financial institution to have a force order of refund against you.

I wish to have my money back for the shoes, the car cleaning cloth I did not receive, I have glasses here instead you gave me as to which I don't wear and did not ask for and the knife sharpener you can collect money back please.
