My complaint:
I ordered a pair of carbon filter masks and two other orders of single carbon filter masks.The pair i received are a flimsy cotton fashion mask. Now I have received another single one of the same.In all I ordered 3 single masks and the pair for a total of 5.The next 2 will probably be the same.The description on the package is no even the same as the ad.this is not what I order and am now wishing I had not order other multiple items as I am not sure they will be right.Also every time I look at arrival dates on items they push farther out.Not a good experience for ordering the first time.
Suggested solution:
If the other masks coming ore going to be the same I would prefer a refund on all the mask orders.Wish refunded me for the pair but i would like a refund the other mask orders. I do not want the flimsy fashion masks.
