My complaint:
I ordered 5 stretched canvases for oil painting, the listing stated A1, and A1 size is approximately 24.3 x 33.1 inches. I eventually received five canvases about 1x 2.5 inches. It appears that a few pages into the listing the correct dimensions are there. But why misleading people by adding A1
I buy lots of canvases and A1 is smallest I use and up to 24×18 inch the average. I was told they required to be mailed back to China at my cost. It will be more expensive to return than I paid for the order. Wish have shown no interest in this complaint and have washed their hands of this issue.
Suggested solution:
Refund my payment and send a return label. Otherwise I will never use them again and I doubt I will buy from china company again
