Wish complaint: Wrong information about delivery and no contact

My complaint:

Few days ago I did order some items and information about delivery was that they will arrive in about week. I did order as I needed this early. After I paid I did receive information that delivery will be in June what absolutely change everything. I have asked to cancel my order and ask for refund but this system said is too late as order has been sent and is too late. I have no even chance to send complain or explain situation as automatic system said thank you and disconnect me. There is no number or email to contact. This is not legal and I’ll report that as is breaking all customer’s rules and procedures. I’ll post everywhere that this company this is scam. I wants them to contact me and explain situation as hiding information about delivery and dint give an option for the customer is not right and is scam and need to be reported to police ASAP

Suggested solution:

They should contact me and send money back as they have wrong information from the beginning and left me with no option...
