My complaint:
I ordered a little green mini-clock
After waiting for an eternity, I received the wrong color.
I sent it back for an EXCHANGE.
Never received an acknowledgement.
Emailed Wish Support who said to follow the s in order to contact them.
The s ask for the buyer to send a photo of theitem in question.
I have emailed them 4 times to explain that I CANNOT SEND A PHOTO OF SOMETHING I HAVE ALREADY SENT BACK.
They don’t read the emails.
They just keep sending me the same thing over and over again.
I have since given up,and decided to
write this complaint .
Suggested solution:
Just acknowledge receipt of the item I sent back for exchange, and send me the correct color clock!
