My complaint:
I ordered an electric guitar package from Wish. I have been hospitalized for a month, and I went to The Post Office to retrieve my package. It wasn’t there, the Postal Clerk spent fifteen minutes looking for it. So I went home, and looked at the tracking history. And despite the fact that I used my correct mailing address (Post Office Box 751312, Dayton Ohio 45475-1312) which was used on ALL my Wish orders, the package was delivered on April 6th, 2020 to the Middleburg Heights Post Office and it was signed for by MI for a place or business known as AMHERST. I have spent all morning with Wish about this. Some idiot, without reading my messages that I want a replacement (since this is a graduation gift) decided to issue a refund. I resent this idiot making decisions for me. I ordered an electric guitar pack, and I expect them to deliver one to me. Hell, they gave one away to MI in Middleburg Heights Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland Ohio, 225 miles away from me) and it’s not an unreasonable request to send an exact replacement to the customer who ordered it and paid for it! Suggested solution:
Very simple. Just send me an exact replacement. I bought it, and I expect it to be delivered to me. This is not an unreasonable request. I hope that you can help me, since Wish is not acting accordingly. They have a great company name - order from us, we'll gladly accept your money and then you Wish that we fulfill our commitment.
