My complaint:
I purchased an item, and following protracted delivery from China, the wrong item was sent. When I contacted customer support and uploaded photographs as evidence I was told ‘I know how disappointing it is however the store correctly fulfilled the order’ and that was it! And if you want to return the only option is to choose ‘I ordered the wrong item’ so they never admit a fault on their behalf. Customer service is a joke, never again!
Suggested solution:
They should admit I received the wrong item, send me the correct item and give me options for return of the wrong item
