My complaint:
I recently got a couple of combined orders from Wish with missing or incorrect items. All have been refunded except for a red dress with a total value of less than $5. This one service rep named Delly keeps sending me back form letters asking me to take pictures of the other packages in the order. I had already thrown them away as I had over 30 items to unwrap that day. Every other service rep has refunded my missing items except this one who continues to just send form letters in reply and refuses to refund without a picture.
Suggested solution:
I don't ask for money back when I get all the other items I receive. I have ordered over 185 items since early December of 2020. Try trusting a good customer for a few dollars when they say they didn't get an item. Every other online seller I work with does so without blinking.
