My complaint:
I have an order with number 607711854eb5782773c04b5b it had to be delivered on May 31st. He even wrote that if it is not delivered by June 2, the money will be refunded. I tried to contact them to ask for a refund, but to my great surprise and without asking me they extended the delivery 1 month more on July 2! It is unacceptable except that at the end of June I will leave the place of delivery for 2 months.
Note that this is not the first time they have done this to me.
