My complaint:
I ordered by Wish for an event I managed for 8,070.00 Thbt for my first order after COVID. My first payment failed my second showed payment ed and the money was taken from my account. After 2 days I didn’t see my order in order history, after asking them why it showed up as cancelled and it should be refunded. I asked them to refund immediately so I can order again. An Odessa of communicating with different help supporters and finally over email, where they mostly told me that the transaction never took place and I never paid the money..as an approval I provided them with at least 6 times the same screenshot of my account statement there you could see that the money was transferred..
The way wish handled looks like they want to make you complete mental crazy, first you can’t communicate directly , it takes 3 days till you get an answer, but an answer not on your story. After 4 times connecting help I got an answer with the possibility to communicate, they asked for a screenshot I was not able to sent it till they later opend this option..my last email they told me to connect my bank because they cancelled the payment.. I did this it took me 2 hours to convince master card to take my complaint with the approval of the communication.. in between Wish wrote in my cancelled products that I have to wait till the 12 th of October probably the bank will transfer it back .. For me this is part of their criminal activity this only happened with the biggest amount I ordered with them them pictures below showing that the amount is refunded but they never did.
Suggested solution:
Transfer my money back ASAP.
