My complaint:

I have sent several emails regarding my wish account. My facebook was compromised and I had to have reset with a new password, when this happened it also erased by history, current orders not received and wish cash for a approx $22. I have sent several emails to Wish and now they have stopped responding. I have done everything they asked me to do but i can not access by account, when i login to wish now its a new account with and everything i purchased is gone.

Here are my orders paid pending and not received

Suggested solution:

I would like my wish cash cash and the two orders not received credited back to my credit card. Please advise and resolve this issue ASAP.
