My complaint:
Hi, I hope you can help me as I am getting beyond frustrated with Wish agents from support.
I ordered 6 curtains from a seller, but I only received a package with 3. The main problem is that the tracking number is wrong, so the seller probably sent my shipping to someone else, and I received someone else’s with a different tracking number.
I tried to explain this to the wish agent, but she keeps asking me to send a photo of the full-sized curtains and the tracking number on the package. I took down the curtain and took at least 10 photos, front and back, down, up, full size, and now they tell me I need to take out all 3 curtains (which are exactly the same) and take a photo of them in full size and that the pictures I sent are not good enough, because it only one of the curtains. Mind you, these curtains are 2 meters by 1.5 meters, which makes it impossible for me to take a photo of all 3 of them in full size in the same pic…. And on top of that, Wish agent keeps insisting that I sent her proof of the package with the shipping number, which is lost, saying that the one I sent is wrong….. My frustration is huge, because I paid a lot of money for these curtains and I am getting the worst service ever and I feel very stuck and upset. I will attach whatever photos you need,just let me know. I hope you can help me deal with this ridiculous situation, because I might be actually talking to a bot from Wish support and that would explain tthe extremely stupid requests, but it doesn’t help in resolving the problem at all….
