My complaint:
FedEx claimed delivery to my house on 12-20-20 with 3 packaged wish items, 2 action cameras, 1 drill bit extension all sent under 1 shipping number. I received delivery ation notice and checked my front porch which does have video surveillance to find no packages so I checked video and fedex never delivered anything. I have video proof of no delivery and I’ve asked for wish for refund. They refunded 1 camera for 27dollars but my other camera was not refunded. Since wish has said they have verified delivery but it’s a lie because I have surveillance footage of the whole week that shows delivery was false so in essence they lied. Wish nor fedex will show any form of proof of delivery effectively stealing my money. I paid for items never received so I’m putting in this complaint to find any consumer agency that can step in and investigate this matter.
Suggested solution:
They should allow me to prove my case. I have downloaded footage onto sd card showing all activity and showing no delivery by fedex was made.
