My complaint:
I emailed them 10 times for a refund due to order lost in transit, one of their reps even ed it looked like it stopped and it never made it out of China.
They refuse to refund me and keep telling me to wait but it’s been over a month and a half. I want my money and I want to file legal action against this company for the frustration they have caused me. This is criminal activity.
I will chargeback to get my money if no resolution comes immediately.
Suggested solution:
Refund me in full for $18 and tax.
Breakdown: $10 cost of product and $8 cost of shipping plus tax
