My complaint:
I tried to open my app to check the status of my orders.
The app was asking me for a password which did not work.
I tried the forgotten password option but never receive the email to reset.
I have several orders to be delivered and wish are not helping me with this situation.
Suggested solution:
Call me and talk me through how to fix the issue
