My complaint:
received an email that my package had arrived I checked for it it was not there I called UPS and they said the tracking number is not associated with me or my address.
This was a $450 electric bike for my grandson I never received and wish refuses to refund my money or replace. They refuse to look at the ips information ing that the tracking number wasn’t mine. Just a BOT saying it was delivred
Suggested solution:
They should refund my $450 or send me the electric bike I originally ordered
