My complaint:

I have been trying to buy my son an E bike. I found one on wish for a real good price. The order shipped and I waited for the delivery. I get a notification from USPS stating it was delivered. It wasn’t here. The delivery status says it was delivered to Grand Prairie Texas. I live in Illinois. I contacted Wish support. It’s an automated system only. No phone number or email. The automated system asked me how I wanted my money refunded. My choices were refund back to my credit card or refund via Wish cash. I didn’t want a refund. I wanted the product that I ordered, so I exited the automated system. I went back into the Wish support. They took it upon themselves to refund my money back to my credit card. I tried contacting them back again. They told me that the order has already been resolved. Their decision not mine! A few days later I found another E bike for $29. I thought it was to good to be true, an E bike for $29! I carefully scrolled through the entire listings details. Everything was completely legit. The listing even stated “package includes 1x electric bicycle”. So I ordered it on December 24th. I waited for it to be shipped. The order is still in fulfillment process. They extended the shipping date three times. Now it is January 9. I tried contacting customer support to find out what was taking so long. They said the product was sold out. They gave me a list of some BS items to choose from instead. I didn’t choose anything from their list.

I would really like to see the product that I ordered be delivered to me. If they made a mistake on there end, that’s not really my problem. I ordered the bike and paid for it. It did not say anything about the product being sold out at the time of order. The way I see it, they’re trying to shyster their way out of selling me an E bike for $29. This time I made sure I screenshot the whole listing and order information. I know some of these listings show an E bike for a cheap price but the listing is actually for something like a light, petals or some other accessory. I checked everything to make sure it was completely legit. I feel that they should be professional about it and fulfill my order. If a person goes to a store and an item is priced cheaper than it was meant to be. That person gets the item for the listed price. That’s just the way business is! order runaround order runaround
