My complaint:
I order many items some I received it , couple of items not, they said no cash refund in their policy but they will consider the value as wish cash we can use in the next order
I tried many time to use but no use I contact the many time they said change currency in your settings I did but no way to contact real person or getting back a call , if they can not find solution to this issue give my mind net back.
Suggested solution:
Or refund the money back to card or send my the items which I ordered at last time .
