I ordered for a dress, and Payment was successful. I kept checking while tracking on Wish under carriers, it showed order prepared then order canceled, not like other orders. I contacted customer support and they told me to wait, contacted them many times and was told to wait. Till now I emailed them and they told me about refund policy, I asked them a direct question if they sent my package and they said they did not and it was canceled and can’t refund me. I paid for the package and they did not send it, that is not my fault, they should have picked this up when I initially contacted them. I paid for the package they did not send, I want my money.
