My complaint:
I bought two sleeping cots for $56.34 from wish. Instead of sleeping cots they sent me to very cheaply made children’s fold-up stools. That was November 19th, 2020, I immediately contacted wish for 2 return labels. Wish sent me 2 separate labels with the exact same numbers. I returned both of the stools on the November 23rd, 20. I’ve asked them everyday. Wish has implemented a automated system which won’t allow you to talk to a live person so their automated system won’t resolve my issue, we just keep going around in circles. Now their system is saying my refund window has expired
