My complaint:
I paid for an wish order vía ebanx. I went to an approved payment location in my case OXXO and I paid for my order in CASH. I have the email ation that my Cash payment was received. Then all of a sudden my order comes up as declined. And my order comes up listed as UNFULFILLED. I paid in cash I have the receipt and wish now tells me my payment was declined. I contacted ebanx the payment processor and they that my cash payment was received but they inform me only wish can AUTHORIZE a refund. Well I cannot get a hold of anyone but a bot at wish and The whole thing is a computer glitch in Wish system and a bot doesn’t understand a computer glitch they just keep telling me my payment was declined and they never received payment so there is no refund to be issues. But I paid cash and it was not declined
Suggested solution:
Someone at wish needs to contact their payment processing company ebanx and they will vonfirm that my cash payment was received and issue a refund
