I ordered this clock on 07042020. Received it on 19042020
I have written 7 times to this company and receive the same message which leads me to a questionnaire with set questions. Not applicable to me.
The clock is not wireless, it has a mini usb cable, which when removed stops the clock.
The clock is meant to charge a mobile phone, which it doesn’t. I have tried several times without result.
Resolve the complaint by refunding my money and if I need to return the clock:
Send me a return address..
Suggested solution:
Refund my money.
