My complaint:
I made an order on February 6, 2020 and never received 2 of my items. I wasn’t requesting a refund I just want my order. The customer support has no way of putting exactly what the problem is and is automated. Now I can’t even receive a refund even if I wanted one.
Suggested solution:
Send me my items or give me a refund. It is not right to not give my money back when I never received the items especially when I’m not at fault.
