My complaint:
Placed order on June 5 and the expected delivery date was around July. I know it takes a while for an order to come from China so I was cool with it. I received a couple of things early but quite a few things were still showing as being in China. What I don’t get is how some things can get sent around the same time and it takes a month or longer to get here. There is 4 items that have been at the port in China for a month. Also 2 items show they have been delivered but nothing has come and when I spoke to the mail carrier he said nothing has come from wish. I send a message daily reporting the missing packages. I even filed a missing mail claim with the USPS but since my mail carrier hasn’t even seen any packages I don’t think it was even sent. Another reason I think it wasn’t sent is because one item was a $0.50 deal.
This is where you buy the item and if you are the first person to buy it you get the item for $0.79 total incl. Shipping. It was a higher priced item that I got for .79
I’ve tried to tell them that it was not sent. No one has seen these packages. If I could cancel everything and get a refund now I would do it. From now on I won’t order anything from wish.
How can they take our money and then hold the package hostage until you give up cause it was only 3 bucks. Well I want my 3 bucks back. And you can keep the garbage.
Suggested solution:
To remedy this whole situation they need live customer support and make sure the customer knows it's going to be 4 months before your order is delivered. If an order is placed and they can't get it here before the promised date don't change the date on the order so you don't have to take responsibility for it being late. Wish ships many packages and should already know how long it takes.
