My complaint:

I need some information! I want to know where my merchandise is? I have paid for at 5 items and have been unable to find out when or if I am going to receive them. One item, it appears, has been returned to the seller! It has been 3 weeks since I place my orders. And I want to know the status of my orders! The numbers are as follows:
