My complaint:

I accidentally swiped my cart expecting to get to choose which item I would like. However it clicked and ordered the whole cart, over $300 which I can’t afford. I panicked and got onto cancelling the order straight away. I tried to navigate my way through the but only managed to get 1item refunded not the whole order. I’m so annoyed about this. I wasn’t even taken to my PayPal account before hand like it does whenever I shop. This to me is NOT very fair. I’m a pensioner and this was part of my rent money, i live in the country and to try to have all 14 items refunded is going to be difficult and costly again for me. I am not a happy customer at all. The way this happened in a couple of seconds, I wonder how many people get caught like this. Not a happy experience for me at all.

Suggested solution:

The s are confusing and on one part it says you have a 30 minute window to cancel and I also read you have an 8 hour window. Not getting taken to PayPal is of real concern as anyone, kids etc could put an order in. I’m just very annoyed at the way the whole process was managed
