A cple mos ago I ordered a cple things all same time, one item i did not get it. After waiting for it 3 mos I asked for a refund. I also explained the Visa card I used to make purchase had since been stolen and already went to a new bank. I was told the refund went to my stolen card anyways. I contacted my bank, they told me there police is once a card is stolen the bank freezes it. Once it is frozen they can’t do anything else to get me my money. So again I went to wish explained my issue a second time. Told wish to issue with bank. Asked them to give me refund to the newest Card wish has on file or give me wish cash. Instead they once again refunded the stolen card. They told me “most banks will issue refund”. I explained my bank is not on the list of “most banks”. So tonite I left my 5thmessage They keep labeling my issue as “resolved “. Hear me when I say MY ISSUE WILL NOT BE RESOLVED UNTIL I GET A REFUND. WISH HAS ISSUED 2 REFUNDS IF UNDERSTAND RIGHT THEN TOLD ME THAT THEY STRIVE TO MAKE OUR CUSTOMER HAPPY. NO WISH DOESNT CARE BOUT CUSTOMERS. I TOLD WISH I WOULD EVEN TAKE MY REFUND IN WISH CASH ONCE AGAIN MY CASE MARKED AS RESOLVED.
This isn’t about the $9 anymore. It is principal. Wish is in the customer service business. That is what retail business is. I WANT MY ISSUE RESOLVE. AND WISH HAS TWO CHOICES. EITHER ISSUE MY REFUND TO ME TO THE DEBIT CARD ON FILE. OR ISSUE MY REFUND TO ME IN WISH CASH. EVEN AFTER ALL ARGUING WITH WISH TO GET WHAT WISH OWES AND I DESERVE I CONTINUED TO PURCHASE MORE FROM WISH. MANY ARE STILL ON THE WAY TO ME. I PAID FOR WHAT I WANTED NOW WISH NEEDS TO STAND UP AND DO RIGHT THING. I AM SICK OF REPEATING THIS ISSUE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NO MORE.
NOW I EXPECT REFUND ONE OF THE 2 OPTIONS I EXPLAINED....WISH CASH OR REFUND TO THE CARD THAT IS ON FILE.
