My complaint:
I ordered two items on wish. (1) ordered on May 29, 2020
(2) ordered on Jun 1, 2020 and until today (Aug 18. 2020). I have yet to receive this items that they claim were shipped. I’ve been trying to ask for a refund for the last few months now and they are claiming because of shipping restrictions, I have to wait till almost October to see if the item ships to ask for a refund. I’m demanding a refund now because I can easily purchase the item through other online vendors and my items will not take months to be delivered.
Suggested solution:
I just want my full refund for the items that I still ordered, so I can purchase them elsewhere instead.
