My complaint:
I ordered some bracelets from wish for£1 and was told the order had not been processed in time so a refund was given. I tried to contact wish to say I wanted the order to go through but was told I could re-order goods but his time the order would cost £11.35.
My order was put in on time. The money went out on time so why must I now pay ten times the amount because of somebody else’s error
Suggested solution:
I would like the order restored at the price I initially paid for, with the price I paid initiated.
