My complaint:

Ordered jan 11 ,spent over 200$ ,fifty being delivery charges and have received nothing. Now they say feb 20 ,I have been waiting for customer service for at least 10 days with no response. I had family in and the order was for her birthday which was a week ago and they went home yesterday so lucky me I get to pay to have it shipped to Florida. I want my money back ……I will never order anything from you again
