My complaint:

I order items all the way back in the beginning of April. It is now coming it to the beginning of September. There’s no tracking number to give my local post office and the orders haven’t been updated for moths. They all say they were supposed to be delivered in MayJune because the date kept getting pushed back. You can’t leave a review for the company or item to get their attention unless you mark the item as delivered and when you click “contact support” you get an automated system with bullsh!t options and no help AT ALL.
